Attendance

Record hours once

Type it, upload it, or tap in at the door. One record of hours, and payroll reads from it. Nothing is re-keyed into a second file, which is where the wrong digit gets in.

Three ways in, one record

Whichever way the hours arrive, they land in the same week for the same people.

Type it

A week per screen, a person per row. Arrow keys move, a day off asks why, and a change to a recorded day asks for its reason before it lets you.

Upload it

The sheet you already keep, as it is. The importer maps the columns, matches the names, and asks about anything it is not sure of rather than guessing.
Coming 2027

Tap in at the door

One phone at the door. Time in takes a tap, never asks for a PIN, and is recorded even with no signal, then sent when there is.

Holidays price themselves

Pasig Day is 2 July. A city ordinance is the difference between an ordinary Thursday and 130% for eight hours, and it is the most commonly missed premium in the country.

Your city sets the calendar at sign-up. Overtime, rest days and night hours are priced as they happen.

Regular holidays, special days and local ordinances, kept current.

Issues never hold pay

A tap from the wrong place, ten hours on a day off, a name that matches two people: each is listed for the payroll officer with the evidence attached.

The pay run computes either way. The worker never sees a flag, and nothing waits on a question that can be answered on Monday.

Recorded on this phone. Sent when there is signal.

Coming 2027 to the App Store and Google Play

A tap is never refused, even offline. It reaches the office when the phone finds signal, and nothing is lost before then.

The crew’s phone is the next thing we build. Until then, the grid and the upload are the whole setup.
