Payroll

Correct to the peso

A deterministic engine prices every line from the rule in force on payday. No AI computes pay. It only explains what the engine did, and it refuses rather than guesses.

Every peso opens to its rule

Each line shows its rate, its multiplier and the rule it came from. Computed, not remembered.

Rules are data, not memory

Versioned, dated, and changeable without waiting for us. What was in force on payday is what a payslip is priced on, this week and when someone asks three years from now.

Wage orders, on their date

Each region’s floor, effective-dated. When a court holds a wage order, the run says so on the payslips it touches, and only on those.

Contribution tables, on theirs

SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG brackets and the withholding table arrive as data on their effective date. Nobody types a rate.

Your premiums above the floor

A company that pays Sunday at 200% keeps paying 200%. The statute is a floor, and your own matrix sits on top of it.

Advances and corrections, kept

A vale is a record with a slip

Cash handed out on a Tuesday is a line with a date, an amount and what was signed. It comes off the next payslip, visibly, and a vale with no slip is flagged for the officer, never hidden.

A paid run is never reopened

A correction is a new line with a reason, in the next run, with a reference to the period it fixes. Nothing is deleted or edited in place, so the register you approved is the register you paid.

Paid the way they are paid

One approved register, three ways out. Any mix in one run.

Cash

The envelope count by denomination, to the coin, for everyone on the run.

Bank

Your bank’s payroll file, ready to upload. The bank’s fees are the employer’s; the worker is paid in full.

GCash and Maya

A wallet number is a destination on the bank rail, paid by InstaPay from the account you already use. PayCrew never holds your money.

A payslip anyone can read

Coming 2027 to the App Store and Google Play

Net pay first, then what was earned and what the law held back, then the detail folded away. Every figure on the screen is on the payslip, and the phone works nothing out.

On payday, the money arriving is the whole screen. The company paid the transfer fee, so nothing was taken off.
