Every band, the whole product
The bands differ in how many people you pay, nothing else. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
- Attendance typed, uploaded from the sheet you already keep, or tapped in at the door
- SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and withholding tax on the table in force on payday
- Overtime, rest days, holidays and night differential priced by the rule, with the rule shown
- Cash, bank, GCash and Maya in one run, and your bank’s payroll file ready to upload
- A payslip every worker can read, on paper now and in the app when it ships
- Every correction kept with its reason. Nothing edited in place, nothing deleted
What counts as a person?
Everyone PayCrew computes pay for, field crew and office staff alike. A worker who left is not counted.
What if my crew grows past the band?
Crews flex week to week, so the bill does not. Your tier only steps up after two consecutive months above the band, and you see it coming on your Overview.
What is the 60-day pilot?
Attendance is free for your first 60 days, so the first payroll you run on PayCrew is computed from hours you already trust. Nothing is charged before then.
How do I pay?
GCash or Maya auto-debit, or bank transfer against a BIR-registered invoice. Cards accepted, never required. We issue Form 2307 support for withholding agents.
