Privacy
What happens to what you tell us, on this site and in an application for a founding place. The terms for the payroll data a company keeps in PayCrew come with its founding agreement.
This site
It sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
The three questions keep your answers in your own browser until the last step, which opens an email to hello@paycrew.com.ph in your own email app with the answers written in. Nothing is sent unless you send that email. Closing the tab forgets them.
An email to any paycrew.com.ph address lands in PayCrew’s own mailbox, and PayCrew’s own people read it, to answer you.
An application for a founding place
Notice founding-applicant-1, 27 September 2026.
Who is responsible. PayCrew, which decides what happens to your application. Write to privacy@paycrew.com.ph about anything on this page.
What we collect. Your name, email address and mobile number; your part in payroll; your company’s name, city and region; how many people you pay and how often; your line of work; how you pay today and what you run payroll with; your next payday; who sent you, and the tag in the link if there was one; anything you write in the note; and when you applied.
Why. To decide on your application, to contact you about it by email, phone or Viber, and, if we offer you a place, to set up your account from the details you gave. Nothing else: no marketing list, and nobody outside PayCrew is sent it.
On what basis. You asked us to consider your application, and agreed to be contacted about it, when you sent it.
Who sees it. PayCrew’s own people, and the services that run PayCrew for us: Supabase, which hosts the database in Singapore; Vercel, which serves the console; and Resend, which sends our email. Each handles it only to provide that service.
How long. Until we decide. If we offer you a place and you take it, what you gave becomes part of your account. If we do not, or the place is not taken up, the application is deleted twelve months after the decision.
Your rights. To be told what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to object, to withdraw your application, and to have it deleted. Write to privacy@paycrew.com.ph and we reply within five working days. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
Keeping it safe. It travels encrypted, and only PayCrew’s own people can read an application: the database refuses everybody else.
Changes
When this notice changes, its version changes with it, and every application keeps the version it was sent under.
